Accommodation and Transport

Geneva Transport Card

Anyone with a Geneva hotel reservation is entitled to receive a personal, non-transferable Geneva Transport Card free of charge. This card allows the use of the whole Geneva public transportation system for the length of your stay including buses, trams, trains, and yellow taxi-boats – Mouettes. Single room reservations are eligible for 1 card, while double/twin rooms are eligible for 2.

You will receive an email from Geneva Tourism approx. 3 days prior to your first night’s stay, with instructions on how to validate your Geneva Transport Card. In case you don’t receive such an email, check first with the person who arranged your accommodation or directly with your hotel, or ask for details upon checking in at reception.

Hotel Shuttles

Most hotels within the vicinity of Palexpo run a hotel shuttle between the Hotel and the Airport. The airport is a 15 minute walk from Palexpo. For a list of which hotel provide Shuttle buses and the frequency click here.

Marriott, Mövenpick and Crowne Plaza additionally also stop at Palexpo, they run every 20 minutes.

Getting to the Venue

By Public Transport:

Palexpo is a ten-minute walk from the airport and its railway station, where trains provide connections to all areas of Switzerland (Geneva in less than 10 minutes, Lausanne in 40 minutes and Zurich in less than 3 hours). Beat the traffic by using a train to get to our events hassle-free!

Many bus lines from Geneva and its surroundings connect to Palexpo:

Free wifi is provided throughout the event. Select the Airspace World networking and get connected.

Badge Collection

You will receive a ”Final Registration Confirmation” email a few days before the event starts which will include a QR code that will allow you to check in and collect your badge in Palexpo’s Hall 1 & 2 Foyer area during the following badge collection hours:

Tuesday, 7 March: 12:00-19:00
Wednesday, 8 March: 08:00-18:30
Thursday, 9 March: 08:00-18:30
Friday, 10 March: 08:00-15:00

Note that there is no onsite registration facility. Before arriving at Airspace World, all visitors must be fully pre-registered and in receipt of their Final Registration Confirmation.

For your convenience five restaurants are located within the Airspace World exhibition, they will be open during exhibition hours
