Atech showcases air traffic control cutting edge at Airspace World 2023

The company will be at stand E11 showcasing its portfolio of integrated solutions for the air traffic management market.

São Paulo, March xx, 2023: Atech, an Embraer Group company, is one of the highlights at Airspace World, an event focused on the air navigation market, which will take place between March 8th and 10th at the Palexpo Exhibition Center, in Geneva, in Switzerland.

During the event, the company will showcase its solutions for airspace management and control, in addition to a dedicated presentation at the Wing Theater, on March 8th at 1:30 pm, with the theme “ATM 2030: The Next Decade Starts Now”.

At its stand, it will be possible to check out products with a strong presence in the international market, such as Skyflow (ATFM) and Leo (IFPS), which were implemented in India and developed to meet the demands of the Indian scenario, and aligned with Eurocontrol standards.

In Brazil, Atech, in partnership with DECEA and CISCEA, is responsible for the development and evolution of the main air traffic management systems (ATM), such as: Area Control (ACC), Approach Control (APP), Flow Management (ATFM), Aeronautical Message Management (AMHS), Meteorological Information Bank (OPMET) and Remote Flight Information Service (R-AFIS), including the Centralization of Flight Plans, which unified the processing of all plans of Brazilian Air Space.

“Atech has a successful track record in the development of air navigation management technologies. Its expertise contributed to placing Brazil at the forefront of air traffic management, and today our country is an international reference in this area”, said the new President at Atech, Rodrigo Persico.

It is worth highlighting the two Brazilian Air Force systems awarded by the State Modernization Seal, granted by the Brazilian federal government: the FPL-BR and FPL-BR – EFB (Electronic Flight Bag) applications, developed by Atech in partnership with the Implementation of the Airspace Control System (CISCEA). The first is used for preparing, processing, validating, sending and updating flight plan messages, while the second is responsible for providing Aeronautical and Weather information, online and offline, used by pilots on board aircraft.

“For Atech, this award is an important recognition of our solutions’ quality. We are proud of the partnership with the Brazilian Air Force, contributing to the national sovereignty and operational efficiency of the Brazilian skies”, said Marcos Resende, ATM Business Director at Atech.
