Senior Operations Officer (Strategic Planning)
Anfernee Poon is a Senior Operations Officer of the Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department, responsible for the strategic planning of the Air Traffic Management Division. He came into the role with sixteen years of experience as an ATCO and as an Approach Supervisor and Flow Manager at the Hong Kong ATC Centre. His areas of expertise are air traffic flow management and capacity and efficiency enhancement initiatives. He is now focusing his time on the Three Runway System project for Hong Kong International Airport.
